“Goldenrod” is part of an ongoing study of plants and their essence. It is a 2 block color woodcut on handmade lokta paper. The plant fibers from the paper show through in the print. Ink is applied with some transparency so the colors and forms of all layers weave through each other. Each piece is an original, so while the prints are near identical, there will be some variation from the hand printing process from piece to piece.
Each print within The Plant Spirit Collection comes with a mini haiku meditation card.
